Shipping policy

We’re proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every package is carefully packed, tracked, and delivered to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) begin processing the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • North America (US & Canada): 5–12 business days
  • UK, EU: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and customs processing.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear as the parcel moves through international logistics systems.

Address Changes or Cancellations

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update your address or cancel upon request. Contact info@neo-route.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated information.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote areas are supported where possible. If your address cannot be reached by standard carriers, we will contact you with an alternative option.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

All international orders ship free. Local customs duties or VAT may apply upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays & Peak Seasons

During holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen logistics disruptions, shipping times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, email info@neo-route.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, include clear photos of the packaging and product.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may be split into multiple packages depending on item availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. All shipments are covered by our free shipping policy.
